  • 电子噪声:由A/D转换器和电路板的错误而产生电子,被光谱仪误以为是信号的噪声。
  • 偏差:由于不同光学器件造成的在不同波长上的的聚焦偏差。
  • 杂散光:光由于反射、衍射、折射而出现在检测器上不应该出现的位置产生的噪声。是系统噪声的一种。
  • 硬件的不完善和瑕疵:像素坏点或者在聚焦镜上的划痕都可能造成光谱噪声。
  • 读出噪声:由于读出像元的累积电荷而产生的噪声,这个噪声是由于检测器的读出过程产生的,首要影响因素是前置放大器。
